📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide operational support to the logistics team, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
Use FedEx's proprietary software and SAP to manage and track shipments, maintaining high accuracy and efficiency.
Resolve customer queries and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration and communication.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes.
Adhere to FedEx's safety and security protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
Maintain confidentiality and data security, protecting sensitive information at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics or supply chain industry.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Familiarity with FedEx's proprietary software and SAP.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
