📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Monitor and manage the company's budget, forecasting financial needs, and ensuring adherence to budgetary targets.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide strategic advice to management.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and ensure compliance with audit requirements.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.,Provide training and support to junior accountants and finance staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with financial reporting and regulatory requirements.
