As an aXcelerate LMS Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in building and maintaining assessments within the aXcelerate LMS platform. Your daily tasks will include creating, updating, and troubleshooting assessments, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. You'll work closely with subject matter experts to develop assessments that accurately reflect learning objectives and outcomes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain assessments within the aXcelerate LMS platform, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with learning objectives.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and refine assessments, incorporating feedback to improve quality and relevance.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to identify and resolve any issues or inconsistencies in assessments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to assessment delivery and functionality within the LMS.
• Monitor assessment performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in assessment design and quality assurance.
• Provide training and support to end-users on the use of assessments within the LMS.
• Document assessment processes, procedures, and best practices for future reference and knowledge sharing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in assessment design, development, or administration.
• Proven experience with the aXcelerate LMS platform, including assessment building and quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of educational assessment principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
