📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and mix a variety of cocktails and beverages according to customer preferences.,Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a pleasant and enjoyable experience.,Work efficiently and effectively during peak hours, ensuring the bar is always stocked and ready to serve.,Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of alcohol.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the beverage industry.,Participate in inventory management and ordering new supplies as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with POS systems and bar software.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Valid ID and legal right to work in Indonesia.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
