📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Represent the company and its products/services to the target audience.
  • Engage with customers and potential customers to build brand awareness and loyalty.
  • Promote our products/services through various marketing channels, including social media, events, and word-of-mouth.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints.
  • Collect and provide feedback on customer experiences and market trends.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in brand promotion events and activities.
  • Maintain and update the company's social media profiles and other marketing materials.
  • Report on sales and marketing activities to the management team.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms and other marketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for the brand.
  • Familiarity with the local market and consumer behavior in Karawang is a plus.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
