📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the vessel, including navigation, cargo handling, and safety protocols.,Ensure compliance with all maritime regulations and company policies.,Manage and supervise the crew, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.,Monitor fuel consumption and maintenance schedules to ensure cost efficiency and vessel reliability.,Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.,Maintain accurate records of vessel performance, incidents, and maintenance activities.,Coordinate with port authorities and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely departures.,Participate in emergency response drills and ensure the crew is prepared for any eventuality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner's License (MM) or equivalent.,Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.,Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and safety protocols.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with cargo handling and stowage procedures.,Experience with electronic chart display and information systems (ECDIS) is a plus.
