Cleaning Supervisor / Team Leader - Hospitality & Tourism

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the cleaning team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning protocols and standards.
• Train and mentor cleaning staff to improve their skills and performance.
• Manage inventory and procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with hotel management to address any cleaning issues or concerns.
• Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of all public and private areas, including guest rooms, lobbies, restaurants, and other common areas.
• Monitor and report on cleaning performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning and housekeeping industry.
• Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols, standards, and best practices.
• Familiarity with cleaning management software such as CleanTrac or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Certification in cleaning management or a related field is a plus.
