📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure the outlet meets sales targets and KPIs.,Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.,Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.,Proven track record in driving sales and improving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
