📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
• Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
• Implement and monitor inventory control systems and procedures.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high performance levels.
• Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance and inventory status.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
• Proficient in Indonesian and English.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
