Using advanced software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Excel, you will develop comprehensive cost estimates that meet our clients' expectations and budget constraints.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create detailed cost estimates for civil and furniture projects using AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Excel.
• Analyze project requirements and specifications to determine material and labor costs.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure accurate and competitive estimates.
• Prepare and present cost breakdowns, bid proposals, and financial reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor project budgets and provide regular updates on cost variances and savings opportunities.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market rates, and cost-saving strategies to optimize project budgets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in cost estimation for civil and furniture projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian construction industry practices and regulations.
• Certification in cost estimation or project management is a plus.
