PT Persada Maju is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat. This is an immediate opportunity for an individual who is responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management and a proven track record in this field. The salary range for this position is Rp 5.000.000 – Rp 10.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles,Ensure all vehicles are in good working condition and comply with safety regulations,Oversee vehicle maintenance and repairs,Monitor vehicle usage and fuel consumption,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet operations,Generate and maintain accurate fleet reports,Handle fleet budgeting and cost control,Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field,Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management,Strong understanding of fleet management software and systems,Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in Indonesian and English,Valid driver's license and clean driving record
