The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for use.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for use.
  • Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Track vehicle usage and performance, and report on any issues or concerns.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all fleet-related activities.
  • Provide support to the operations team as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Transportation, Logistics, or a similar discipline).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
