Leaf Store Cemerlang is looking for a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Ubud. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.,Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.,Manage guest inquiries and provide information about the store and its services.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Assist with inventory management and restocking.,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Basic computer skills, including email and word processing.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with hotel or retail management systems is a plus.
