In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting recruitment and selection processes for various positions within the company.,Managing employee relations and ensuring a positive work environment.,Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.,Assisting in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Handling employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
