📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address hazards.,Provide safety training and education to employees and contractors.,Monitor and report on safety performance metrics and trends.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.,Investigate and report on accidents, incidents, and near-misses.,Collaborate with management to identify and mitigate risks in the workplace.,Maintain and update safety documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing or industrial environment.,Certification in Health, Safety, and Environment (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent).,Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with safety management software and tools is a plus.
