Hokian Putri Restaurant is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our procurement activities, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies and materials to maintain our high standards of service. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all procurement activities including purchasing, receiving, and inventory management.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Negotiate contracts and prices with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and performance reviews.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies to support business goals.,Provide reports and updates on procurement activities to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work both in the office and remotely.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.
