📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for large enterprise clients.,Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key clients to ensure long-term business success.,Lead and mentor sales teams to achieve quarterly targets and company goals.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support.,Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the sales team.,Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance and market conditions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a sales manager or similar role in a technology or financial services company.,Deep understanding of the financial services industry and payment processing solutions.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.,Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to drive data-informed decision making.,Experience in building and maintaining strategic partnerships with large enterprise clients.,Proficiency in sales tools and technologies, including CRM systems and data analytics platforms.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.,Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for client meetings and industry events.
