📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and supervise cashier staff to ensure high standards of service and accuracy.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.
  • Monitor cash handling and inventory levels.
  • Train and develop new cashier staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Report any irregularities or concerns to the management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in a retail environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of cash handling and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
