📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and values.
• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, addressing their concerns and providing guidance and support.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to help them develop and grow in their roles.
• Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with department heads to address any HR-related issues or concerns.
• Represent the company at external events and networks to promote our employer brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Proficient in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Familiarity with performance management and talent development best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
