In this role, you will be responsible for leading internal audit activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and providing strategic recommendations to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage internal audit teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of audit assignments.,Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement audit plans and procedures in accordance with company policies and regulations.,Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Collaborate with various departments to gather information and evidence for audit purposes.,Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.,Provide training and mentorship to junior auditors to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the internal audit function.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in the beverage or FMCG industry.,Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, or CMA is a plus.,Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks and audit methodologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.,Experience with ERP systems and audit software is a plus.
