📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.
• Create engaging and visually appealing content, such as graphics, videos, and infographics, using industry-standard tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Hootsuite.
• Support the marketing team in achieving their goals by providing creative ideas and solutions.
• Assist in managing and maintaining our company's social media accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging content is posted.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing initiatives align with our overall business objectives.
• Attend and participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other marketing-related events.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to your work.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools, such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Canva.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Passionate about marketing and eager to learn and grow in the industry.
• Ability to work full-time hours, typically Monday through Friday, during the internship period.
