Sky Camp Sentosa is seeking a talented Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our camp. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a passion for the outdoors. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the camp, ensuring smooth and efficient running of all activities.,Manage and supervise a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Develop and implement operational plans and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and camp policies.,Manage and maintain camp facilities and equipment, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Plan and organize camp events and activities, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the expectations of guests.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the hospitality or outdoor recreation industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse range of people.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.,Experience in planning and organizing events and activities.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
