📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recommendations.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Provide feedback to candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience.,Stay updated with recruitment best practices and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and local regulations.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Ability to use HR software and other relevant recruitment tools.
