PT Karya Cendrawasih is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide exceptional dining experiences to our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
  • Manage and mentor a team of staff, ensuring they are trained and motivated to deliver excellent service.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure cost efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports for management.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a team and motivate staff to achieve targets.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.
  • Experience with remote management and team collaboration tools.
  • Familiarity with accounting and financial management principles.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
