📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of employees, ensuring that they are productive and meet the company's goals and objectives.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the team's performance and productivity.,Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their potential.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure that the company's goals and objectives are met.,Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Attend and participate in team meetings, providing updates on the team's progress and addressing any issues or concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong background in team management and leadership.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
