Manage and oversee the accounting functions of the organization,Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting,Provide strategic financial advice to senior management,Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports,Manage the payroll process and ensure compliance with tax regulations,Oversee the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide recommendations,Maintain and update accounting systems and processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and practices
