📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Manage inventory levels and order restocking as needed.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software.,Experience in managing a team and driving sales performance.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and customer preferences.,Knowledge of basic accounting and financial management.
