We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior EHS Engineer to join our dynamic team at our state-of-the-art electronics manufacturing facility in Bali. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EHS management, a proven track record of successful project implementation, and a passion for continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive EHS programs and policies that comply with international standards and regulations.,Conduct regular EHS audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks.,Oversee the implementation of safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of employees and the environment.,Provide technical guidance and training to employees on EHS best practices and procedures.,Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address EHS challenges and opportunities.,Stay updated with the latest EHS trends, regulations, and best practices to drive innovation and improvement.,Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental, health, and safety laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in EHS engineering or a similar role, with a strong focus on electronics manufacturing.,Proven track record of successfully implementing EHS programs and initiatives.,Strong knowledge of international EHS standards and regulations, including ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and REACH.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks effectively.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.,Valid EHS certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) is a plus.
