Lead and manage manufacturing engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.,Develop and implement manufacturing processes, tools, and methodologies to improve product quality, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, quality assurance, and supply chain to drive continuous improvement.,Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations to identify and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.,Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.,Stay updated with the latest advancements in manufacturing technologies and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining, assembly, and testing.,Proven experience in leading and managing manufacturing engineering projects.,Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and manufacturing simulation tools.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Fluency in English is required.
