📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates to ensure a high-quality hiring process.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with company goals.,Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the role.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and internal stakeholders.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer and onboarding.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant recruitment software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
