📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound telemarketing calls to potential and existing customers.,Promote our products and services to generate leads and sales.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales.,Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support overall business goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemarketing or customer service roles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
