📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound telemarketing calls to promote and sell our products and services.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.,Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.,Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues.,Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve common goals.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education or equivalent.,Proven experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus.,Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.,Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.,Passionate about sales and customer service.
