As a Teller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and support. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service and support to customers.,Perform banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.,Assist customers with account inquiries and provide information on banking products and services.,Handle cash and maintain accurate records of transactions.,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.,Work as part of a team to achieve branch targets and goals.,Provide feedback to the branch manager on customer satisfaction and service quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or banking.,Familiarity with banking products and services.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills and proficiency in using banking software.,Ability to handle cash and maintain accurate records.
