📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire fulfillment process, from order processing to delivery, ensuring all orders are handled efficiently and accurately.
• Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Utilize order management software like Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms to track and manage orders.
• Monitor and analyze fulfillment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to order fulfillment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any issues or concerns related to order fulfillment.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce fulfillment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
