📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of fraud analysts and investigators to detect and mitigate fraudulent activities.
• Manage end-to-end fraud projects, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of cases.
• Develop and implement fraud detection strategies using advanced analytics tools like SAS Enterprise Miner and Tableau.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to enhance fraud prevention measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate fraud detection processes into overall business operations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fraud detection and prevention.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in fraud management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fraud detection, risk management, or project management, with a focus on the insurance industry.
• Certification in fraud detection or risk management is a plus.
