📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop new automotive interior projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new projects.
• Develop technical specifications and drawings using CAD software.
• Monitor project progress and manage timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in their development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive interior manufacturing or a similar field.
• Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
