📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of store operations including staffing, inventory, and customer service.,Ensure the store meets sales targets and maintains high levels of customer satisfaction.,Oversee the training and development of store staff to enhance their performance.,Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Promote and participate in company events and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.,Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Experience in managing a team and driving sales performance.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
