📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and deliver daily activities that promote learning, creativity, and social development.
• Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for children aged 3-6 years.
• Collaborate with parents and other educators to ensure the best possible care and education for each child.
• Implement and monitor early childhood education programs and curricula.
• Use educational tools and software such as Kidspiration, Proloquo2Go, and Storyline Online to enhance learning experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
• Promote a positive and supportive culture within the Kids Club.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education.
• Certification in early childhood education (e.g., CPR/First Aid, Child Development Associate, or Montessori Teacher).
• Proven experience in creating and implementing engaging learning activities for young children.
• Strong knowledge of child development and early learning principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passionate about the well-being and education of young children.
