📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily housekeeping duties, including cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces
• Use industry-standard cleaning protocols and equipment, such as vacuum cleaners, steam cleaners, and chemical cleaners
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the resort
• Inspect rooms and areas for any damage or maintenance issues, and report them to the appropriate personnel
• Ensure that all linens, towels, and amenities are properly stocked and replenished
• Follow and adhere to all health and safety regulations, as well as resort-specific policies and procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and ensure their satisfaction with the cleanliness and condition of their accommodations
• Work collaboratively with other departments, such as maintenance and food and beverage, to ensure a seamless guest experience

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Familiarity with industry-standard cleaning protocols and equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Valid ID and work permit for Bali, Indonesia
